Your Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement or by submitting the withdrawal form below.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free of makeup, perfume, deodorant marks, and with all original tags attached

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or evidence that the goods have been sent back.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Return of Goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Made-to-order products

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed

• Products damaged after delivery due to misuse
