SOPHiEL Return & Refund Policy (EU Compliant + Protective)
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unworn
• In original condition
• With all tags attached
• No signs of makeup, perfume, or damage
• Returned in original packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds to the original payment method are only issued in the following cases:
• Wrong item received
• Defective or damaged item
• Confirmed mistake on our side
If your return is approved due to one of the above reasons, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Store Credit & Exchanges
For all other approved returns:
• Store credit will be issued
OR
• Exchange for another item of equal or higher value
Store credit is valid for 12 months.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as SOPHiEL is not responsible for lost return parcels.
Final Sale Items
Sale items and items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
